Slo-Tone System:     The exercises are done using machine weights and a slow-speed method over a 20 second time frame which produces a highly intense workout.  Exercises that work all the major muscles.

Once or twice a week program

Mon.-Fri. 4pm to 8pm, Sat. 9am to 4pm
